Laura is a 500-hour Registered Yoga teacher who has been doing Yoga for more than 25 years.

  • 300-hour Certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F)
  • 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate (RYT-200)
  • Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT500)
  • Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance (YACEP)
  • Emergency Health and Safety at Work Certificate

What is Vinyasa Flow Yoga?

Vinyasa flow is a modern style of yoga that links poses together in a flowing sequence.  As Vinyasa means the ‘marriage of breath and movement’, both yoga poses and yogic breathing techniques are an important part of the class, together with relaxation and meditation.

Laura’s teaching style offers you the opportunity to really listen to your body and work to your own level; it is really important to her that you feel comfortable and enjoy yourself in class.
